The story so far
A few conversations with mill owners kept surfacing the same problem: a torn paper register, a missing slip, and nobody quite sure what today's real stock number was. StockMill started as a direct answer to that — one screen for Stock IN, one for Stock OUT, and a number everyone in the mill can trust.
Grain mills across Maharashtra were running entirely on paper registers — prone to loss, disputes, and no real-time stock visibility.
Errormatic Technologies designed StockMill from the gate outward — starting with the Stock IN / Stock OUT entry, the single most repeated action in a mill's day.
Realizing mill locations often have poor connectivity, offline recording and automatic sync were built in from day one, not bolted on later.
StockMill now supports Rice, Dal, Flour, Oil and Sugarcane mills with role-based access, reporting, and multi-mill accounts — with more built every month.
