Is there a free trial?
There is no self-service free trial. Instead, we offer a guided free demo where our team walks you through the app live, using your mill's actual materials and workflow — a better way to evaluate fit than a generic trial.
How is GST calculated?
GST is charged at 18% on top of the base subscription price shown, and is included on every invoice issued by Errormatic Technologies Private Limited.
Can I add more than one mill?
Yes. StockMill pricing is per account, not per mill — add as many mills as you run under the same subscription, and switch between them from a single login.
Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly later?
Yes. Contact our support team any time before your renewal date and we'll switch your plan and adjust your invoice accordingly.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfer. Invoices are issued under Errormatic Technologies Private Limited with StockMill branding.
What happens if my subscription expires?
A short grace period is provided at our discretion to allow renewal. After the grace period, account access is suspended until payment is received. Your data is retained, not deleted.
